What is the first thing you check on a new casino?
The withdrawal page, before I deposit anything. If the limits, the fees and the verification requirements are not stated plainly before you put money in, that tells you most of what you need to know about how the cashout will go.
What is the most common mistake you see readers make?
Claiming a bonus without reading which games it applies to. Someone deposits, plays their usual live table, and then finds none of it counted. That is not the casino being unfair, it is in the terms, but almost nobody reads that far.
How do you time a withdrawal properly?
From the moment the request is submitted to the moment the money is spendable, not to when the casino marks it processed. I run at least eight per site, including one on a Saturday evening, and publish the median rather than the fastest.
